As the winter season approaches, we are expanding our snow removal crew and seeking dedicated Loader, Grader, and Plow Truck Operators to ensure safety and accessibility during snowfall.

Job Description: Caliber Construction Alaska is looking for experienced Snow Removal Crew members to operate Loaders, Graders, and Plow Trucks during the winter months. If you have a passion for keeping our communities safe and accessible during snowy conditions, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate snow removal equipment, including Loaders, Graders, and Plow Trucks.

• Clear snow from roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.

• Follow established routes and schedules to ensure prompt snow removal.

• Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections to maintain safety and performance.

• Collaborate with the snow removal crew and management to coordinate efforts.

• Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.

• Address equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.

• Keep accurate records of work performed and hours worked.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating snow removal equipment, including Loaders, Graders, and Plow Trucks.

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements (for Plow Truck Operators).

• Knowledge of snow removal best practices, equipment operation, and safety procedures.

• Ability to work in cold, outdoor winter conditions for extended periods.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Willingness to adapt to changing weather and road conditions.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as required.
